The security syndrome: politics of national security in Asia
This study was commissioned by FORUM-ASIA to address the need felt among human rights organizations and democratic groups to inquire into and review the state of national security law and emergency regulations in this region. An attempt is made in this study to define the concept of national security as it has been understood and applied in the Asian region.
