Human rights as development parameter:in case nucleus estates and labour

This study has been conducted with the explicit aim to provoke the government to prepare a tool of human rights impact assessment for development project. This study argue the need of the human rights impact assessment to reduce human rights violation in implementation of development project in Indonesia.
